Lifting Tables in Singapore

Do you work in heavy industries that require lifting and transporting hefty loads? A lifting table may be the solution you’re looking for. With this equipment, you no longer have to rely on strenuous manual labour to lift and transport heavy objects between workstations. Lifting tables can also double up as feeding tables in assembly lines or flexible work platforms that require regular raising and lowering.

How Does a Lifting Table Work?

Lifting tables may seem like a complex piece of equipment, but they actually have a rather straightforward design. Lifting tables mainly comprise five key components:

  1. Platform: The top of the platform table where the lifted load is placed.
  2. Scissor legs: This part of the lifting table allows the platform to be raised or lowered.
  3. Hydraulic unit: Each lifting table typically comes with one to three hydraulic units that power its lifting and lowering mechanisms.
  4. Motor/power source: Lifting tables can be powered by an electric or air motor. Most of them even have a self-contained motor while some models require a remote power pack.
  5. Base: The bottom of the lifting table.

Advantages of Lifting Tables

There are many reasons why you should consider our lifting tables for your industrial needs:

  • Prevent injuries: Using a lifting table to lift hefty loads help to reduce the chances of worksite accidents arising from manual labour. Furthermore, lifting tables maintain their height even in the event of power failures, which means that they’re absolutely safe to use under any circumstances.
  • Maximum stability: Lifting tables are designed to be sturdy platforms that can withstand heavy loads, which also decreases the chances of accidents.
  • Flexibility: Its height can be adjusted according to the specific needs of the user. The platform can also be raised and lowered as necessary to achieve the desired height to lift specific loads.
  • Mobility: We carry mobile platform lift tables with roller wheels that can be manoeuvred to different work areas easily.
