• DC Pulse welding
• HF / Lift Arc starting
• 2t/4t trigger control
• Pre/Post gas control
• Slope up/down control
• Initial and crater current settings

MMA Welding
A wide current range and powerful welding performance make the Buddy™ Tig machines suitable for a wide range of applications and electrode types such as:

• General purpose
• Low-hydrogen
• Stainless steel
• Cellulosic

The machine has controlled welding dynamics with adjustable Hot Start and Arc Force controls that provide excellent weld properties even for welding pipe root passes.

Welding Machine

Every welding professional is well familiar with the importance of welding machines. These machines are generally used to melt metal parts and join them with the help of the heat the machine produces. However, that does not mean a single welding machine will suffice in completing all welding work. For different types of welding projects, different machines and techniques are implemented, out of which MIG, TIG and Arc welding are popular.

What to Consider Before Buying An Industry-Grade Welding Machine?

When it comes to selecting the right welding machine, plenty of things have to be considered. Of all the factors, it is essential to choose an industry-grade welding machine to ensure it meets the standards of construction, workmanship, equipment, and industry involved. Before buying an industrial-grade welding machine, consider the following additional factors:

1. Type of Metal

The first important factor you need to consider for your welding machine is the type of metal you will be welding, as not all machines can weld all types of metal. For example, for steel and stainless steel, you can use MIG welding machines but for magnesium metal, you will have to use AC-TIG welding machines.

2. Thickness of Base Metals

A part of the key differentiating factor that distinguishes one welding machine from another, is based on how much current and heat it generates. The thicker the metal you are working with, the more current is required to weld the material properly. Therefore, you need to determine the maximum thickness of base metals you’re going to be working on beforehand.

3. Location of Welding

To know what type of welding machine you should purchase, you need to determine where you plan on working on welding projects. Depending on whether you will be plugging the machine into the wall while welding indoors or using a portable welding machine outdoors, you will need to choose the machine accordingly.
